📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of engineers in the development and implementation of equipment solutions for semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve processes.
  • Conducting research and development to stay ahead of industry trends and advancements.
  • Participating in customer meetings and technical discussions to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment engineering.
  • Strong technical expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading engineering projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is a plus.
