As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with local educators, community leaders, and stakeholders to develop and implement innovative educational programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and educational campaigns using a variety of tools and platforms such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. You will also collaborate with our team in Jakarta to ensure that our initiatives are aligned with national educational standards and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of local communities.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers, students, and community leaders using various digital tools.
• Collaborate with local and national stakeholders to ensure the success of educational initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of educational programs using data analytics tools.
• Provide mentorship and support to educators to enhance their teaching skills and methodologies.
• Participate in national educational conferences and workshops to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.
• Prepare and present reports on the progress and outcomes of educational initiatives to the foundation's leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, NGOs, and other educational organizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational facilitation, training, or program development.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing educational programs in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of national and international educational standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using digital tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
