📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes for the Malaysia market.
• Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and technologies, such as SAP and Oracle.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers.
• Monitor and improve process efficiency, reducing costs and cycle times.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management.
• Support the Finance Manager in achieving financial targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle financial management systems.
• Certifications in financial management or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
