📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the legal and procedural aspects of legislative processes, including the preparation and conduct of hearings, debates, and voting sessions.
• Coordinate with legislators, legal experts, and administrative staff to ensure the smooth operation of legislative activities.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the efficient and fair conduct of legislative proceedings.
• Monitor and enforce legislative rules and regulations to maintain the integrity of the legislative process.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to legislators and staff on legislative matters.
• Represent the DPRD in legal and procedural matters, both internally and externally.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Lead and manage a team of legal and administrative staff to support the division's objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal or legislative affairs, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing legal and procedural aspects of legislative processes.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal and legislative frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
