Export Coordinator (Manufacturing & Logistics)

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of export operations, from documentation and compliance to shipping and delivery. You will work closely with our sales, production, and finance teams to ensure that our products are exported efficiently and on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate all export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards, such as INCOTERMS and HS codes.
• Work with shipping agents and freight forwarders to arrange and track shipments, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with international clients, providing them with regular updates on their orders and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Monitor and report on export performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of export strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new export opportunities and potential clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in international trade and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export coordination, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including INCOTERMS, HS codes, and export controls.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
