As a Clinic Cashier, you will play a crucial role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services. You will work closely with our doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide a seamless experience for our patients. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 5,000,000 - Rp 5,500,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process patient payments accurately and efficiently using our clinic's software, such as Medis or similar systems.
- Maintain and update patient records, including insurance information and payment history.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth and efficient billing processes.
- Monitor and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the clinic management.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar administrative role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Proficiency in using medical billing software, such as Medis or similar systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
- Valid certification in medical billing or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed.
