📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and design IT solutions to support the college's educational and administrative processes.
• Maintain and optimize the college's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Develop and maintain web-based applications using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the college's IT systems, implementing best practices for data protection.
• Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students, resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to our IT systems.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for enhancement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and system analysis.
• Proficient in using ITIL framework and familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Certification in IT infrastructure management (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
