📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, using tools like QuickBooks and SAP.
• Assist in tax planning and compliance, ensuring our clients meet their tax obligations and optimize their tax positions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to our clients.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement accounting and tax strategies tailored to our clients' needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting and tax regulations, attending seminars, workshops, and obtaining relevant certifications.
• Provide exceptional client service, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality results.
• Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
