Hotel Fitri Auto Service is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle maintenance and repair services. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for cars. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with vehicle maintenance and repair services,Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks,Recommend appropriate services and products to customers,Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships,Assist with inventory management and ordering,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus,Good knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics,Excellent customer service skills,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Valid driver's license is a plus
