📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating real estate projects from inception to completion.,Support the team in client interactions, including property viewings, negotiations, and closings.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client information.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance our services.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.,Assist in the training and development of junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or a related field.,Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local real estate market in Bali is a plus.,Bahasa Indonesia and English language proficiency.
