📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage store budgets and expenses, ensuring profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Promote the store's brand and products to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
