📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers.,Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, ensuring they understand the benefits and value of our offerings.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare industry.,Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data to senior management.,Attend and participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase our products and network with key stakeholders.,Provide training and support to junior medical representatives to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to achieve common goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian pharmaceutical market and regulatory requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
