PT Bangka Belitung Infrastructure Development (BBID) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and make a significant impact in the infrastructure development of Bangka Belitung Islands.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage BIM projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.,Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols for the organization, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.,Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to operations.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior BIM engineers and other project team members.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.,Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends, and implement new tools and techniques as needed.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the BIM team.,Represent the BIM team in meetings with stakeholders, clients, and other project partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM and infrastructure projects, with a strong background in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing BIM projects.,Strong understanding of infrastructure design, construction, and project management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Certifications in BIM (such as BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, or similar) are a plus.,Experience in working on infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia is a plus.
