📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and customer relationship management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the coffee and beverage equipment industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of the coffee and beverage equipment market.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
