📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide routine medical check-ups and health screenings to community members.
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries, including emergency medical cases.
• Prescribe medications and manage chronic disease conditions.
• Conduct health education sessions to promote preventive care and healthy lifestyles.
• Collaborate with local healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Monitor and report on community health metrics and trends.
• Participate in community health initiatives and programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical practice, preferably in a similar role.
• Valid medical license and certification to practice in Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and local languages is a plus.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems (e.g., EMIS Web, Practice Fusion) is a plus.
