In this role, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, from routine inspections to complex repairs, using a range of tools and equipment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Carry out repairs and replacements using industry-standard tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the team to implement improvements and best practices.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new systems and equipment.
• Provide technical support to the team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Valid certifications in electrical and plumbing systems are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
