📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the IT infrastructure and ensure its smooth operation.,Provide technical support to employees and resolve technical issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks.,Implement and manage security measures to protect our IT systems.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior IT staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.,Experience with network administration and security.,Proficiency in using IT support tools and software.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
