📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide training and support to distribution team members to enhance their performance.,Collaborate with other departments to align distribution efforts with overall business goals.,Manage and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the distribution process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with distribution software and tools is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving distribution targets and improving efficiency.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to distribution is a plus.
