📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and developing their skills.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives.,Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.,Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis.,Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.,Provide training and support to other teams on data analysis techniques and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data modeling.,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets.,Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with data governance and data quality principles.,Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus.
