📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.,Manage and lead a team of business development professionals to achieve targets and goals.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify potential risks and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business development initiatives.,Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving targets.,Strong knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using business development tools and software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
