As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our most important client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and that they continue to choose Sky Go Berjaya as their preferred provider.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and trends.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Represent Sky Go Berjaya at client meetings and events as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
