Cafe Fajar Medical Center is looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and contributing to the growth of our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.,Source and screen potential candidates for open positions.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
