📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching when necessary.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed successfully.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and employee performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.,Identify and address any issues or concerns that arise within the team or department.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe and comfortable environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar).,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong knowledge of operational and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.
