Star Fast Unggul is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow and succeed. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate and engage employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are successful in their roles.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid CPNS or equivalent certification is required.
