Bay Smart Abadi is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Kuta, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis to support decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.,Support the HR team in any other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Understanding of the local market and culture is a plus.
