Champ Resto Indonesia is seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team in Denpasar Barat, Bali. As the Captain, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our TSM (Temporary Staffing Management) services, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our clients. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the TSM services, including staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and quality control.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff members.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.,Handle any staffing-related issues or conflicts, and work with the HR department to resolve them.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the TSM field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the TSM or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, and ability to ensure compliance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
