📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in store management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
