📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor and report on production progress, identifying areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address production issues and implement solutions.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Conduct regular inspections of production areas to maintain quality standards.,Develop and implement production schedules and work plans.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their production skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the palm oil industry.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant production management software.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
