Uni Enrol is seeking a dedicated Student Engagement Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing student engagement activities, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a high level of student satisfaction. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from any location in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate student engagement activities, including events, workshops, and webinars.,Support the sales team by providing information and assistance to potential students.,Maintain and update student records and databases.,Communicate with students and parents to address inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote student engagement initiatives.,Monitor and analyze student engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of student engagement strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a student engagement or customer service role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Flexibility to work remote from Bali.
