📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost efficiency.,Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support business objectives.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive procurement best practices and continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Manage and optimize supplier contracts and agreements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and vendor management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management roles.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, strategies, and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
