📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.,Oversee the logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse management, and transportation coordination.,Analyze and forecast procurement and logistics needs to support business growth and operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of procurement and logistics professionals to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement and logistics strategies with overall business objectives.,Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve procurement and logistics performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics, with a strong background in supply chain management.,Proven experience in managing complex procurement and logistics operations, including supplier relationship management and inventory control.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with procurement and logistics software and systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and business practices is a plus.
