📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Designing and developing mechanical systems for property projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Overseeing the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for mechanical systems.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the mechanical engineering field.
  • Participating in project planning and execution from concept to completion.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and their applications in property development.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid certification in mechanical engineering or related field is a plus.
