In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth operations at our cashier counter. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by accurately processing payments and providing change.,Manage customer interactions, ensuring a pleasant and efficient shopping experience.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter, including restocking items and keeping the area tidy.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.,Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and services effectively.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
