🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, quality control, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing poka-yoke systems.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Minitab, Six Sigma, and other quality management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
