📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of tax consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax advisory services.,Provide expert advice on tax planning, compliance, and optimization strategies to clients across various industries.,Conduct tax audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to support the company's business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax laws and regulations, and provide training and development opportunities to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of tax-related activities.,Prepare and present tax reports and analyses to clients and management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certification in tax consulting (e.g., CPA, CMA, or ATT) is a plus.
