📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and develop training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs
• Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high engagement and effectiveness
• Evaluate the impact of training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process by conducting pre-employment training
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
• Understanding of the Indonesian labor market and employment laws
