📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food or retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer trends is a plus.
