📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.,Train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any complaints or concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.,Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve restaurant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the foodservice industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high standards of service.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.
