📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.,Support the IT department in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and documentation to end-users on IT systems and software.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure they are properly documented.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Good understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
