📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for retail operations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines, including VAT, income tax, and corporate tax filings.
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff to maintain high standards of financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial challenges and opportunities.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with a focus on retail or a similar industry.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
